Over 40 years later, it stands as the only manufacturer of SiC and MoSi2 heating elements in India, and one of just four outside of China globally. Built for Scale, Precision & Sustainability

Silcarb’s manufacturing facility is designed for large-scale production, precision, and efficiency. Covering 7 acres and featuring over 90,000 square feet of operational space, the plant boasts cutting-edge machinery capable of handling high-temperature processes up to 2500°C. A dedicated 1.5 MW backup power system guarantees continuous production, while ongoing investments in advanced technology enhance operational processes. Sustainability is a key focus, with efforts aimed at minimizing carbon footprints both within the factory and through the energy-efficient furnaces created for clients. Central to this operation is an R&D team that consistently drives innovation, ensuring Silcarb stays at the forefront of high-temperature manufacturing solutions.

The visionary founder of Silcarb, he pioneered the company’s growth by expanding SiC heating element exports to global markets, including the UK, Italy, and the US. He continues to serve in an advisory capacity, ensuring strategic direction.

With 28 years of experience in high-temperature industrial products, Anand has led Silcarb’s expansion, growing its turnover from ₹96 lakh to over ₹35 crore. His leadership has driven innovation and diversification across industries.

A key figure in Silcarb’s government collaborations, Anjana plays a crucial role in facilitating application systems for major national projects.
