Nitride Bonded Silicon Carbide (NBSIC)

Silcarb manufactures high-performance Nitride Bonded Silicon Carbide (NBSIC) products with exceptional thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion, and superior wear resistance. With a load-bearing capacity of up to 1650°C, NBSIC withstands multiple thermal cycles without deformation and offers excellent corrosion resistance to acids, salts, and halogens. It is also non-wetting in molten metal applications, making it ideal for extreme industrial conditions. Silcarb provides custom manufacturing with silicon compositions from 10% to 38%, offering complex shapes and single-piece production tailored to customer requirements.
